Say cheese! Cheese making with tutor Liz Akehurst has been a great success and the upcoming classes on 15th

and 28th May are filling fast. In this course, you will taste fresh cheese, learn about marinating in olive oil, herbs and garlic, match cheeses with fresh bread and make feta, houlumi and ricotta.
Your 15 minutes of fame. Our popular
Flax Roots Documentary (Digital Video Production) can be found in Kerikeri, Rawene and Whangarei. The course is run by local film makers keen to preserve our stories.
Take control of your financial wellbeing. Try a Financial Literacy course to learn about making wise decisions, understanding financial documents and creating your family budget. This wide range of seminars available to the Northland community builds on the basics about making wise money decisions to understanding income tax and banks.
