On behalf of our family at Henry's Market, we invite you to experience our newest service, Henry's Wine Cellar. Conveniently located next door to the market, Henry's Wine Cellar offers a handpicked selection of fine wines presented with our traditional personal touch.

 

Along with store manager Kurt Reming, our resident wine enthusiast and expert, we have created a warm and inviting neighborhood store that evokes the feeling of a personal wine cellar.  The focus will be on selection, service, value and wine education for the total wine experience.

 

Grand Opening Festivities

Visit us beginning on Monday June 15th for the "soft opening" of Henry's Wine Cellar.  The celebration really gets going on Wednesday the 17th with a winemaker tasting, followed by scheduled events throughout the next few weeks. The highlight will be the official Grand Opening on Saturday, June 20th.  Below are some of the events already confirmed, but there will be many opportunities to pop open something interesting during the opening weeks. Let the celebration begin!

 

Wednesday, June 17th from 3 pm - 7 pm

Our special guest will be winemaker Diego Couarrubias of Porta Winery in Chile.  He is stopping here on his way to the Aspen Food and Wine Festival to present five of Porta's delicious wines, accompanied by a selection of Henry's fine foods. Saturday, June 20th from 2 pm - 5 pm

He is in town to host a wine dinner at Tryst on Tuesday, so Aram Deirmenjian of Kiamie Wines has agreed to come a day early and pour his Paso Robles wines at Henry's Wine Cellar.  These prestige selections include a red Rhone-style blend, an unusual white Rhone wine, a rich Cabernet Sauvignon, and a unique red blend.  It's always a pleasure to meet the talent behind the wines.  www.kiamiewines.com

Our special guest will be Cliff Lusso of Global Beer Network, a critically acclaimed Belgian beer importer.  He will feature six beers to taste, and teach our guests about the complexities of these highly regarded brews.  Each beer will be paired with the perfect food from Henry's kitchen.
