Auditions for The Nutcracker, a full-length ballet choreographed by Susan Jaffe, will be held at the Princeton Dance & Theater Studio in Forrestal Village on September 25, 2010.  Registration fee required.  Performances will be in December.  For further information please call 609-520-1020 or email info@dancevisionnj.org.
 
AUDITION TIMES
All dancers must arrive early to register and warm up. Dancers who dance on pointe should prepare to do so. Male dancers are encouraged to audition. This is a children's production, so children of all ages are encouraged to audition.
 
Please note that costumes will be fitted at time of the audition. It is very important to show up for the appropriate time slot.
 
There will be a mandatory parents meeting for parent/guardians of all dancers under 18 at 2:00pm.
 
1:30-2:00
Male and Female. Approximate ages: 13-20 (CP, B7, and B6)
Please come in dancewear and be ready to learn choreography. Females should have a minimum of two to three years pointe training.
 
2:00-2:30
Male and Female. Ages 5-9. (B3, B2, and B1) Dancers should have at least one year of ballet training.
 
2:30-3:00
Male and Female. Ages 9-13. (B5, and B4) Females should be of Pre-Pointe or Beginner Pointe Level
 
3:00-3:30
Male and Female. Ages 17-Adult. Dance training is preferred but not necessary.
