2010 Census Partner Appreciation Award

CensusOklahomans for Equality will be the recipient of a 2010 Census Partner Appreciation Award in recognition of our contributions to the success of the 2010 Census.
Dr. Robert M. Groves, Director of the U.S. Census Bureau, will recognize and acknowledge OkEq's support of the 2010 Census. The 2010 Census Partner Appreciation Event is scheduled for Saturday, June 12, 2010 at 1:00 pm  at the Oklahoma State Capitol, 2300 Lincoln Blvd in Oklahoma City.

OkEq Night at the Philbrook Museum of Art
 Tuesday, June 22nd: 6pm to 8pm
 Join Oklahomans for Equality for an evening at the Philbrook on Tuesday June 22nd from 6pm to 8pm. The Philbrook Museum of Art invites the members of OkEq for an invitation only visit to see the Egyptian Treasures Exhibit. This event is free admission and a special discount membership to the Philbrook will be offered to all those in attendance. This fun, educational relationship enhancement workshop helps couples build on existing strengths and teaches important skills to create safe and stable relationships.


Couples will learn how to:
  • Communicate effectively
  • Work as a team to solve problems manage conflicts without damaging closeness
  • Preserve and enhance love, commitment, and friendship.

Classes will be held at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center (621 E. 4th St. Tulsa, Oklahoma 74103)

Within Our Reach is a six-week relationship workshop designed to showcase industry-leading, innovative relationship strengthening strategies.

OPHA MIDSUMMER FESTIVAL 
 The Oklahoma Pagan/Heathen Alliance (OPHA) invites you to the midsummer festival. Saturday June 19th and Sunday June 20th at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center. Celebrate summer with a multitude of exotic and rare vendors. Don't miss out on a summer reading, along with drumming, belly dancing, and great food. Many fine seminars covering aspects of paganism and the pagan lifestyle will be featured. (Admission is free)

Body Electric for Men
June 26th & 27th
 A full two day workshop at the Dennis R. Neill Equality Center. Men will explore their erotic potential through the mind, the body, and the heart using conscious breath, movement, process work and massage.
