"Today was amazing...students heard about the Gospel and found that True Love is found in Christ!"

This was Joey's reaction to the Gospel rally held by the One Hope Fellowship club at Bolsa Grande High on December 1st.

Joey was thrilled to mentor the Christian club at Bolsa Grande because as a high schooler he was mentored in outreach through a CSP HomeTown trip last year. He knew that high school students are hungry to find True Love and wanted to help them find it.

The club at Bolsa Grande invited a rapper to share about God's love and a former gang-member to share his testimony about how he didn't find any true, satisfying love until he come to know Christ.

After the speakers shared, they invited the students to join them on the floor of the gym to display their commitment to Christ. 50 students did.

Joey observed,    "Joy overcome the Christian club members as they saw students that they know walk down and take a proclamation of faith."

After the rally, the club members personally followed up with each student, inviting them to know God's love more deeply by joining a church family.
