Greetings!
On October 8th, Christian clubs from 4 different high schools in the San Gabriel Valley came to APU to be trained by CSP in reaching their campuses for Christ.
 Students from Covina, Chino, Chino Hills and Don Lugo high schools learned how to host an outreach week, plan a rally, the motivation for witnessing to their classmates, and basic legal rights for their club. Then each club was assigned two campus mentors from APU, and together they began planning for outreach in November!
The high schools in the APU chapter have decided they want to reach their schools for Christ...together! From November 14-18, all 7 clubs associated with APU have agreed to do outreach on their prospective campuses. The outreach week will begin with a Kickoff Night at a local church the Saturday night before, where the students will cover the week in prayer, worship, & excitement for what God is going to do at their campuses the following week.
The APU mentors are pumped to get on these campuses to mentor high school students in outreach!

As Kolby, the APU Chapter Director, explains, "It's so cool to see these college students sacrifice their time to help high school students reach their schools for Christ. Of all the ways to spend your extra time in college, this is definitely one of servanthood and obedience to the Lord!"
