  Greetings!

Thank you for praying for the Cluster Leader training last week! There are so many stories to share!

Collin is the CSP club president at APU. Last week he and 14 other Biola and APU students were trained to lead high school ministry this school year. As part of the training, the team shared the gospel every day including witnessing at Newport Beach for 6 hours on Friday.

Here is Collin's story:

Cluster leaders witnessing at the beach"After being uplifted by God through prayer we struck up a conversation with a college student named "Stephanie." She told us that she was going through a hard time and was looking for help. She readily listened to the entire Gospel, and even asked questions for specific clarification. She was not familiar with the Gospel, and when I told her of Jesus dying on the cross for her sins, she asked how her sins could be forgiven. After a great conversation about the Gospel, she told us that she believed in Jesus and that she desired his love and grace in her life. We told her how to accept Christ, and then the three of us held hands as "Stephanie" prayed for Jesus to be her personal Savior and King!

"This was the first time that God used me to welcome someone into the kingdom of Heaven! I was, and still am overflowing with a great feeling of gratitude. God is so faithful in every situation. We were literally jumping up and down on the beach with joy! I am blown away that because of our obedience a soul was able to come to the knowledge of Christ's love."

Stephanie wasn't the only person to accept Christ last week. In total, 290 people heard the Gospel, 15 accepted Christ and 4 rededicated their lives to Him.

Praise God with us!
