La Mirada High School is one of the very first schools the California School Project mentored. After a few years' hiatus, CSP is back at La Mirada helping the Christian club, who are excited about Jesus, share Him with their school.

This past Thursday, the club at La Mirada hosted an outreach rally in the school gym, complete with live guitar music, pizza and a gospel presentation.
250 students filed into the gym and listened as Andres, the Christian club president, shared the gospel through the story of the apostle Paul's conversion. By the end of Andres' talk, 40 of those students indicated their decision to follow Christ!

The Christian club members were so excited. Ollie, the CSP campus mentor at La Mirada, explained that the students couldn't stop saying "Praise God!"

Even as exciting as the event was, Ollie reflected, "The bottom line is: a club as dynamic and organized as La Mirada's Christian club has the potential to impact the whole campus. This rally is just a little taste of what they can do for God."
