65 Campus Mentors
Keep Their Eyes  on the Prize

Greetings!

"But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus."
 - Philippians 3:13b-14

Last weekend, 65 college students focused on the target to impact high schools with the Gospel of Christ.

At our Fall Retreat in Lake Hughes, CA, 10 Cluster Leaders from the Biola Chapter trained 51 Biola students and 4 Azusa Pacific University students: our largest training event to date!

The main theme of the
weekend was to love the gospel. John, our guest speaker, taught from Philippians and challenged us to let go of anything that stands in the way of serving King Jesus.

One student said "I grew in my hope for Gods' plan and ability to grow and work through us and through CSP." Another said, "I got excited about the basics - the gospel is the most important and best news that we have!"

Pray With Us

The Biola and APU teams are going out to share their passion for the gospel with the high school students they'll mentor. Please pray that the mentors can communicate the convictions they've learned and that the students respond.

The task before them is difficult: equipping high school students to be light in very dark places. Pray for the Mentors and students that they are protected from attack and that they grow closer to Jesus as they serve Him this year.

Thank you again for partnering with us in prayer!
