Greetings!
Last night, the Bible Club at Trabuco Hills, in partnership with California School Project, welcomed internationally acclaimed illusionist
Andre Kole to their campus for an evening of magic. Andre Kole has performed in
79 countries over the world, all across the U.S., and has been named "Inventor
of the Decade" by the International Magicians Society
It wasn't just a magic show, it was a gospel outreach.

Illusion and the Gospel
|
Andre is a great illusionist, but he's also a captivating
evangelist. As he amazed the 60 people in the gymnasium with his illusions, he
began to share the story of his search for God. The audience respected him for
his mastery, and listened to his powerful story.
According to Scott, a CSP mentor in attendence, Andre explained that "Christianity is the anti-religion. Religion is man reaching out for God, but Christianity is God reaching down to Man. That really connected with people."
CSP mentor, Cassi, reports that the
overall event went very well. Of the 60 people attending the event, 20 were
Trabuco students. Although the crowd was small, the impact was powerful! Cassi
explained that "God definitely brought
the people who He is calling to himself, and 9 people indicated that they
accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal savior".

Pray with us...
|
- Andre Kole will perform another outreach at Schurr HS on Friday, May 14th, and a show at Biola on May 15th. Pray that many are touched by the gospel at both of these events.
- Students at Santa Ana HS and El Modena HS are having outreach rallies next week. Pray for boldness as students share with their friends.
- Pray that Christian students follow God as He leads them to follow-up with their friends.
Thanks for your prayers. We're glad to have your partnership in ministry through Prayer. Sincerely,
the California School Project
