Greetings!
This week, the story is from La Habra HS, where Campus Light - the Christian club - hosted a gospel rally during lunchtime on Thursday.

Campus Light hosts 85 for gospel rally
|
Yesterday, students crowded into an upstairs classroom at La Habra HS. While they ate pizza and filled every place to sit or stand, Joel - a youth pastor - shared his life story. He covered his search for God in junior high, high school and in college when he finally understood God's plan of salvation. The students laughed at his jokes and listened as he explained the gospel message.
Answered Prayer! Prior to this event, the students prayed that each member of their club would bring at least one friend. When 85 students walked through the door, club leaders were thrilled; the crowd tripled the size of the Christian club and directly answered their prayers!
Let's Do It Again! Mark, Vice President of Campus Light, and other student leaders in the club at La Habra want to build on yesterday's success with at least 3 more guest speakers to share about Jesus on campus at La Habra.

Campus Mentors Michael, Zak, and Aly are excited after the event. Michael, a Biola senior, helped students at La Habra
last year. Aly & Zak, both Biola freshmen, are eager to see students reach out on campus this year.
