10% scheduled rating credit offered on select workers' compensation class codes |

UPA announces that submissions with the following governing class codes may receive a scheduled rating credit of 10%. Comparable codes in Texas will receive the same credit consideration (for example: 9079 - Restaurant).
3146 - Hardware manufacturing NOC
3383 - Jewelry manufacturing
3632 - Machine shop NOC
3681 - Television, radio, telephone or telecommunication device manufacturing NOC
3685 - Instrument manufacturing NOC
4511 - Analytical laboratories or assaying - including laboratory, outside
employees, collectors of samples and drivers
8010 - Store: Hardware
8013 - Store: Jewelry
8017 - Store: Retail NOC
8045 - Store; Drug - retail
8820 - Attorney - all employees & clerical, messengers & drivers
8832 - Physician & clerical
9052 - Hotel: All other employees & salespersons, drivers
9060 - Club-Country, golf, fishing or yacht & clerical
9082 - Restaurant NOC/Caterer
9083 - Restaurant: Fast food
9102 - Park NOC-All employees & drivers
9501 - Painting: Shop only & drivers
9586 - Barber shop

- Accounts with a minimum premium of $5,000

- Experience mod worksheet
- Three years' currently valued loss runs
- Supplemental applications (if needed).
