UPA can help place your municipality accounts with multiple, financially stable A-rated carriers |
|
According to news reports, Southeast Georgia municipalities are scrambling to find a new workers' compensation insurance provider. On Oct. 27, 2009, Southeastern US Insurance Co. (SEUS) was declared insolvent and ordered liquidated by Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas Campbell. All policies still in effect will expire 30 days from the date of the order, if they do not expire before then.
If you are running out of time to place workers' compensation for your remaining book of business with SEUS, UPA is here to help transition your workers' compensation business to A-rated carriers. UPA's underwriting team is prepared to help you find a competitive and stable market, and process your submissions ASAP.
