Ninety percent of all the volcanic activity occurs in the oceans. In 1993, scientists located the largest known concentration of active volcanoes on the sea floor in the South Pacific. This area, the size of New York State, hosts 1,133 volcanic cones and sea mounts. Two or three could erupt at any moment.

Boeing 787 Dreamliner
 The new Boeing 787 Dreamliner is receiving accolades from the traveling public. The US made 290 passenger Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft was built around the concept of comfort and space for passengers. High ceilings, soft colors, bigger windows and noise reduction engines, make it a pleasure to fly. The LED mood lighting has been designed for a more soothing effect. It can fly 8,000 miles at cruising speeds of up to 561 mph.
This is the first commercial jet to be built out of lightweight composite material made with carbon fibers. This makes the Boeing 787 20% more fuel efficient than an aluminum plane the same size. Passengers will benefit also, from higher humidity and more comfortable cabin pressure. There  are larger overhead compartments; larger windows with adjustable tinting instead of shades and even windows in the bathroom!
I cannot wait to fly the Dreamliner since I've been on almost every aircraft built in the last three decades. It is about time there was an airplane built with the traveler in mind, not just fuel efficiency. It is nice to have both finally. I guess that is why they call it the Dreamliner!

For the Young and the Young at Heart!
 LEGOLAND is a new interactive theme park with more than 50 rides, shows and attractions. LEGOLAND is located in Central Florida and is dedicated to families with children ages 2 to 12.
LEGOLAND is comprised of ten different "lands" that offer unique and interactive experiences for the kids. At Ford Driving School, kids drive LEGO themed cars through city streets and earn their own driver's license. At LEGO City Rescue Academy kids can fight fires. In LEGO kingdom the kids can cast a spell to find a dragon, knight or damsel and also ride The Dragon- an indoor/outdoor roller coaster. A popular attraction is the pirate live action, water stunt show along the shores of Lake Eloise. Top off the experience by taking a walk through the majestic botanical gardens, which were once home to Cypress Gardens. For a one-day pass admission ranges from $65-$75.

Thanksgiving Cranberry Sauce
Compliments of The Somerset on Grace Bay in Turks & Caicos
This is the simplest and most delicious cranberry sauce you will ever try. The vanilla bean is a unique twist, but it will compliment your turkey perfectly.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cranberries (fresh or frozen will do)
- 1 vanilla bean, split down the centre
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 piece of Star anise
- 1 orange, zest
- 2 orange, juiced
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar (use more or less depending on your taste)
- 1 cup of water
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a heavy bottomed saucepan and bring to a boil over med heat
2. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook until the cranberries are soft and the sauce is thick
Enjoy!
