Is your landfill receiving a lot of green waste (brush, tree trimmings etc.) but you're not able to compost or chip those materials? Consider placing it aside during the day, dozing it onto the slope and track-walking it in. Many landfills use this method as a form of ADC. It requires very little handling, keeps the birds away and keeps the amount of litter down. If your regulatory agency will allow it, it can be a very simple way to deal with brush and save cover soil.
