Welcome to the Cyber-Dating Expert Weekly Flirt.
Relationships come in all shapes and sizes. They consist of friendship, love, and romance. The're with your parents, siblings, children, spouse and more. At the 140 Characters Conference last week, we explored the State of Now and deep relationships were cultivated with people from all around the world. Celebrities, authors, social media enthusiasts, and just regular people gathered for a few days of relationship building based upon authenticity.
While I was in New York, I was fortunate to have met so many new people including my new friends who brought me to see Kelsey Grammer at La Cage Aux Folles. Kelsey's warmth back stage after his performance was one I admire. Tell a friend you care about them. Give them a real or virtual hug, and you'll feel better you did.
With Kelsey Grammer at La Cage Aux Folles
I'm back in Los Angeles, and have been busy creating IRRESISTIBLE online dating profiles for some new clients. Perhaps they read the Match survey which showed that one out of six people met their spouses online. This is a huge jump, so if you need some hand holding, I'd be delighted to help you out. Carrie Seim did a nice piece in Betty Confidential
saying online dating is the new best way to meet your husband. She asked for my opinon, and I was happy to provide my two cents.
As always, thank you for sharing your online dating stories. Julie Spira

The Power of the Facebook Status Relationship Change
Just how powerful is the relationship status change on Facebook? Read this story from "Facebook Leftover" and feel free to share your own.
My ex-boyfriend and I are both on Facebook. While we were still together we became friends on Facebook. After our break up, we decided together that we would remain friends. We both removed our status on Facebook from "In a Relationship" to no status at all, hoping people wouldn't make a fuss about it.
The problem is, I can't help but look at his status updates. I still have strong feelings for him. If I de-friend him, I might hurt his feelings and may never have the chance to get back together with him.
Now, I'm the one who is feeling hurt. He recently changed his status to "In a Relationship" and I know it's not with me. He's moved on and is dating someone else and I haven't. Why does this hurt so much? What should I do?
