Come see campers showcase the creative work they've done over the past three weeks, exploring the life of 14th century traveler Ibn Battuta and his home country of Morocco. 

 

The program will open with musicians Hafez El Ali Kotain and Joseph Mamari, followed by campers presenting Moroccan folk music and dance, percussion, spoken word, an original dramatic play, and a teen-produced video..along with an art exhibit.

Just as generations of Palestinian women before them have done, fifteen Arab girls came together at Northeast High School each Friday afternoon for 6 weeks, to chat and get to know one another  while learning the art of tatreez...
