eBay Scouting Hot Finds Newsletter
Weekend Rewind
  November 20. 2011
Greetings!
If you think that this edition of the Hot Finds Newsletter is exceedingly big and ripe for the picking then you can blame eBay sellers.  Seems many of them (me included) picked up on an eBay listing special Tuesday that gave free launch fees if you ran 5-day auctions.  That translates into thousands of those shortened auctions ending today.  Have fun clicking!
Great Vintage Scouting Items @ Auction
This block is stuffed with amazing auctions that I know are going to sell well.  You can pick from a vintage council commissioner patch to some neat Baden Powell pieces.  The story on the 1935 neckerchiefs pictured below is included in the original letter that comes with the grouping.
Order of the Arrow Off The Charts
I spotted so much deserving OA auctions that I had to make three separate blocks today to fit them all in.  My favorite auction in the whole newsletter is the old green explorer jacket that has the very old GA OA including a super neckerchief that is not in the thumbnail.

Steve Scout Says Thumbs Up On These
If you go through these picks you will see its got a distinct variety that is classic to see.  There is a real wool sweater - not just the patch - from the 1930s ready to wear.  A pair of Eagle Scout rings and something called a swagger stick are also in the mix.

Today is the wrap up for the Price is Right game on the Facebook Page.  You have just a few hours left to see if you can win a free merged OA flap by correctly guessing the closest final sale price for an auction.  Click here to play.  After a crazy weekend in college football that saw #2, #4, and #7 fall I am wondering is it really going to turn out that three teams from the same division in the SEC (west) are going to be #s 1-3?  See why I love college ball!
