Special Edition for Sympatico customers

Dear Ship To Shore Subscribers.
We have received notice that most of our subscribers who have Sympatico.ca as their Internet Service Provider did not receive last week's S2S. We do not have a specific reason for this problem and although many of you asked for us to try again, the problem reoccurred.
This type of problem has occurred from time to time however never on this scale. We recommend that you contact your ISP in order to resolve this problem. In the past, we have suggested that subscribers who could not resolve the problem by contacting their ISP simply change their email address to either Hotmail or Gmail or some other service provider of their choice. We do not have any record of this type of problem occurring with Hotmail or Gmail.
If you provide us with a new email address, we will change our distribution list as soon as we receive your notification and you should receive all future Ship To Shore editions. If you want to receive the July 4th edition, let us know and we will send that one as well.
