Developed over many years and with many audiences, "Estate Planning 101™" comes to San Diego with host, Marguerite Lorenz, California Licensed Professional Fiduciary.

The mission of the course is to promote self-awareness of our own financial and estate plans; learn practical suggestions on how to find competent and ethical advisors and encourage tax-wise charitable giving.

The "Estate Planning 101™ Workshop Series" is presented in four weekly sessions, with two 1-1/2 hour classes, including written materials, question and
answer wrap-up and surveys. Please plan to attend all of the sessions, as each presenter has been specifically selected to bring as much useful
information to you as possible. Click here for information on the topics covered. Questions? Call 619-752-6991 or email
info@estateplanning101.org; they will reply to inquiries within two business days.

In this way, you have the opportunity to get your estate planning questions answered at no cost to you, by professionals who perform the planning and

A single daisy, the flower symbolically associated with "loyal love," will be presented to each participant.  The flower serves as a biodegradable memento that can be tossed in the ocean by walkers along the way with thoughts of loved ones.

The event will begin with greetings by Mayor Carl Hilliard and Kathy Finnell, widow of the late Del Mar councilman Jerry Finnell. A continental breakfast that includes coffee, tea, fruit, bagels and spreads will follow.  The walk starts at 9 a.m. and will end of the walk with lemon cake--a Del Mar tradition-- in Powerhouse Park. Proceeds will benefit work of  DMCC.
