In-Home Connections Continues to Reach Out

In-Home Connections continues its efforts to reach out and comfort seniors.  Are you feeling isolated, alone or overwhelmed with daily tasks?

If so, please call on us!  Allow us the opportunity to assist you with some of your daily challenges.  We recruit volunteers that are interested in offering "random acts of kindness" to our much loved seniors.  Join us for a monthly ladies' luncheon, attend our Health Forum or stop by the home of a neighbor with flowers to show your spirit.  The Del Mar community takes great pride in caring for its neighbors.  We are so fortunate to live in a community that is made up of loving, concerned and supportive individuals.

Be a great neighbor!  Pick up the phone and call DMCC if someone you know may need assistance.  We will make an all-out effort to assist your neighbor and offer them the supportive measures they need to lighten their heart and yours.  We offer friendly visits, transportation to medical appointments, prescriptions pick-up, grocery shopping, social events and more.  It is our hope to make life easier!

For more information, please contact Jeannie at 858-792-7570 or

[email protected].
