In-Home Connections May Be
For You
A message from Jeannie Walsh,
DMCC Member Services Coordinator
Del Mar Community Connections is on a mission to assist senior residents to live independently in their homes, for as long as possible. The program is designed for everyone, not just those who no longer drive. Our emphasis is based on "community outreach". We will personally design a program to meet some of your major needs. We offer friendly visits, transportation to medical appointments, prescription pick-up, grocery shopping, social events and more.
It is our pleasure to offer you and your family supportive measures, in hopes of making life easier. It is my personal goal to keep members involved, informed and most importantly to reduce stress, while promoting independent living. Let us know if we can serve you as a new member of the In-Home Connection Program.
