Watch "Healthy Living"
Del Mar TV will air "Healthy Living" with Daniel Friedland, MD who spoke at Dr. Kalina's Senior Health Forum this fall. This is the first of several Health Forums that were filmed by DMTV.
Dr. Friedland is the author of Evidence-Based Medicine: A Framework for Clinical Practice, one of the
first books to outline methods to find, evaluate, and apply medical literature to patient care.

Integrative Holistic Medicine to provide knowledge,
support and inspiration for healthcare providers, allied professionals and consumers. His mission is to provide a framework and resources to navigate scientific
information, the healthcare system and stress and
uncertainty to facilitate a partnership to better health.
"Healthy Living" can be seen on Time Warner Digital
Cable Channel 130 for North County subscribers. If you
are unable to view it on TV, you can also watch it on streaming video from www.delmartv.com during the same airtimes. Here are the dates and times the show will air through January:

brush up on your skills, please drop by! In Partnership with Casa di Amistad and the Solana Beach Senior Center, DMCC offers computer tutoring plus use of Web Adapt technology for those with vision challenges. 120 Stevens Ave., SB, Computer Lab, Room 108.
Tai Chi by the Sea
