A 3-Day Advanced Lean Course by StandardAero Corporate University
This advanced Lean course was developed specifically to teach participants how to FACILITATE LEAN EVENTS including kaizens. Go beyond the definition of fundamental principles and tools of Lean. The course provides the tactical skills required to guide your colleagues to Lean Solutions. Upon completion of this 3-day program, participants will be able to plan and execute successful kaizens, implement the changes, and sustain the improvements. This includes:
- Scoping, Preparing, and Managing Lean Events
- Improving Communication and Team Dynamics
- Using Data as the Primary Driver of Operational Improvements
- Building Visual Process Maps
- Finding Non-Value Added Processes
- Striving for Zero Defects
- Achieving Pull & Flow
- Implementing 5-S and Visual Workplace Management
- Guiding Teams using Facilitation Skills
