BLT Salad
A go-to dish for us especially when we're tired! Easy to prepare and fantastic with any of the new Atlanta Fresh Dressings.
1. Fry 1-2 slices Bacon per person, drain and chop into 1" pieces.
2. Wash, trim and chop 1-2 Tomatoes in to 1" chunks.
3. Prepare Salad Greens, arrange on serving platter or plates.
4. Optional: boil 2-3 Eggs and quarter them, arrange on Salad Greens.
5. Mix together in a bowl the Bacon and Tomatoes, dress with Atlanta Fresh Classic Ranch or other dressing of your choice.
Top Salad Greens with Tomato/Bacon mixture, serve and ENJOY! ________________________
