RV Fire Safety
Regardless of where your fire extinguisher is located, if it contains a
powder (look on the label), you need to regularly shake or roll it
around periodically. What happens is that as you drive the RV, the
constant vibrations slowly shake and compact the powder inside the fire
extinguisher. Ultimately, the powder will be compacted into a
"brick-like" substance and make the fire extinguisher virtually

Bugs Life
Most RV's take a good bit of bug splattering while driving during the summer months. We scoured the Internet and found a few suggestions to keep the bugs life out of your life. Anyway you might consider the following to help you stay one step ahead of the bugs in your life.
RV owners are known to travel the road and one bird from Florida recommended that we spray exposed areas of the vehicle with non-stick cooking oil to limit bugs sticking to your vehicle. At the end of the day of travel just hose off the exposed areas and most if not all of the bugs will wash right off the vehicle.
Another tip includes keeping the exposed areas well waxed with a good automotive wax. Either way keeping you vehicle clean will help you feel better about your RV while traveling.

The Month of June
June is the sixth month of the year in the Gregorian calendar. It
has 30 days. In the Northern Hemisphere the longest day of the year,
which marks the beginning of summer, falls usually on June 21. In the
Southern Hemisphere this day is the shortest and is the first day of
winter.
In the old Roman calendar that began with March, June was
the fourth month. It must have been named in honor of the goddess Juno,
who was the protectress of marriage; it is traditionally the month of weddings. Or it may have been named for the Junius family, one of whose members supposedly founded the Roman Republic.
