The parade features marching bands, floats, antique cars, clowns, horses, the ACCA Temple Shriners,
the Christmas Mother Santa and much, much more. The parade ends in front of
Powhatan Courthouse where the activities are just beginning with food and craft vendors galore all leading up to the lighting of the Village Christmas Tree!!

surface and ground water issues impacting
