Body Mechanics for Gardeners

In this participatory workshop, registered horticultural therapist Carrie Whitelaw will teach a simple, effective, and energizing stretching routine to help prevent garden-related injuries. Assess a variety of gardening situations for reducing stress and strain on your joints by choosing the right ergonomic tools and implementing energy conservation strategies.
