Hold on to Your Marinade!

grill

This year's Fete des Fleurs on July 23 is full of surprises, including an auction featuring  three select items. This week's spotlighted item:

A top of the line Primo Ceramic XL Grill and Smoker donated by Monterey Masonry

What is a Primo?  Simply put, it is the Ferrari of outdoor cookers.  Based on an ancient design of Japanese cooking called the Kamado, the Primo is a heavy, ceramic grill that revolutionizes grilling and smoking.  Easy to use (cooks with natural wood lump charcoal for a pure smoky taste), the Primo can cook anything from burgers to pizza to turkey to low-and slow-roasts.

The winning bidder will receive the grill and smoker, teak table, extended cooking racks, firebox divider, V racks for large roasts, grill lifter, drip pan racks, ash tool, pizza stone and grill cover.  Retail value: $2,285

Call the office for more information on the auction and place your bid today.  (absentee bids will be honored at the Fete if you are unable to attend). Visit the Primo website for more information on the very best outdoor grill/smoker on the market.
