What's Coming Up in the Garden

Vickie Merton's Garden

Cocktails in Great Gardens

Last Friday's rain didn't dampen the spirits of anyone who visited Vickie Merton's beautiful hilltop garden in Lenox. The first of four Cocktails in Great Gardens, this was a most spectacular setting for what has come to be a highly anticipated series of summer garden gatherings in the Berkshires. Held on Friday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00, Cocktails in Great Gardens provides a rare opportunity to enjoy wine and hors d'oeuvres in the waning light of a summer day while meandering through some of the regions most notable private gardens.  Thank you, Vickie, for hosting such a splendid event!

We look forward to July 15 when we will be hosted by Elizabeth and Wynn Sayman in their lovely Richmond garden; August 5 with Anne Fredericks in her beautiful Garden in Great Barrington and August 16, when Ralph and Audrey Friedner share their garden and dramatic waterfall in Stockbridge.
