Just In Time Prayer
 Volume 8 - August 2012
Greetings!

For a "little" ministry, we're about to take on a BIG challenge.  I'm beginning a search for a HR professional to become our Human Resources Manager.  This volunteer position is a precursor to recruiting other volunteers to perform ministry tasks that I currently do, which take away from the mission God has given me as the leader of Share the Savior.  

Fortunately, this big challenge is under the sovereign will of our Great God and is being supported by your HUGELY important prayers.  Thank you in advance for the time on your knees before the throne!

1.  Preparing and posting the Job Description
 
One of the reasons I  think a HR professional is needed is my lack of experience in this area.  Please ask God to give me wisdom as I prepare the job description and insight in where and how to post the opportunity.
2.  Finding the Right Person
 
I don't know anything more about interviewing and hiring than I do about writing a job description.  So please ask the Father to take care of directing the right person to us and make the choice clear to me.
