I'm excited when I hear of another church looking for a pastor whose role will include evangelism, missions or outreach.  Each church represents the possibility that another part of Christ's Body is gearing up for more intentional gospel sharing efforts!  Even if they are 'just' filling a position that has become vacant, the possibilities are exciting.
