HELP PAULINA GET TO WASHINGTON Paulina Cradeur Nominated
National Youth Leadership Delegate
|
Our own, Elixir Cafe founder Carrie's daughter Paulina has been selected as one of only 250 National Youth Delegates to attend The Washington D.C. Youth Summit on the Environment and Conservation.
Paulina will be representing Analy High School, Sebastopol & California. She and her fellow delegates will be meeting with international researchers and representatives from National Geographic, The Smithsonian Institute and other environmentally minded organizations to discuss and find solutions for our current and future environmental issues. They will also be meeting on Capitol Hill with senators and congress members to raise awareness in our country and in the world in regards to these important matters.
She will be traveling to Washington D.C in June for this once in a lifetime opportunity.
Although she has already accepted her nomination
she is responsible for raising all the funds for her trip.
She is reaching out to the community, friends, family, and organizations to help support her so that she is able to go.
