I recently asked a dear colleague, friend and confidant for her support.
Her response? on it! That's it, just, "on it!" And more than on it, in her typical fashion, she was all over it. I asked; she responded. As women, it is our very nature to collaborate in community. We thrive in this environment. We are bigger and better with each other. It doesn't take much to support the women in our lives who assume the many diverse roles in shape-shifting the existing paradigm. Sometimes the fullness of support is contained in 4 letters, 2 words and 1 exclamation point. Thank you, dear friend. Right now, think of one thing you can do to encourage, inspire or support a smart, savvy, strong woman in your life and go do it. Let her know you're, "on it!" Yes, now. Sense the urgency? It's that important. |

pricing as a catalyst for social change![]()

As an evolutionary entrepreneur (and therefore in willing service to humanity to support this evolutionary leap), I have navigated the scenario of trying to make my products and services available to the greatest number of luminaries. It's so natural to us, isn't it? We want to help. We are willing and ready to serve the masses. We want to support others in every way we can. Alas, that approach placed me in a compromising position of underpricing my products and services, which created an energetic inconsistency with the inherent value of what I offer. Just because we are in service to others, it doesn't mean our offerings should be priced "affordably," (think: reaching down to lift up others). As evolutionary entrepreneurs it is our sacred responsibility to model new paradigm behavior by pricing according to the value WE assign based on our decades of investing precious resources of time, energy, money, devotion, etc. To do otherwise keeps others in a mode of deficiency; the low vibration and habit of receiving something of value in exchange for little or no investment. We've had enough of that energy, and now it's time for something much more aligned, with win-win exchanges that uplift and benefit ALL parties. (And supports us handsomely as eager contributors to a successful evolution.) When we honor and value our expertise, and price accordingly, it gives others an opportunity to stretch and reach in new directions. It provides them an opportunity to recognize their inherent ability to manifest their heart's desires in a very tangible way (think: reaching up to lift up themselves). As you may have already experienced, this task of evolutionary is not a glamorous one, but it is a necessity if we are to shift all imbalanced energies on the planet. Serving in this role requires us to hold ourselves in high accountability, and this naturally has a reverberating affect. Modeling new behaviors provides opportunities for greater self-accountability in others. Whether or not they choose to view your actions as opportunities is completely up to them, which eliminates the dynamic of you being responsible for their choices and results. That isn't (and never was) your job. |
