I cannot say it enough, so here it is
once again.
When we spend so much time developing our own content, we lose the objectivity required to ensure proof-perfect copy. That's why it's vital to the life of your business to delegate this task. A professional proofreader sees your content with a fresh perspective and catches every spelling, punctuation and grammatical error. Book: Every Word Has Power
In copywriting, I often say each word must
pull its own weight.
Recently I came across a book entitled Every Word Has Power: Switch On Your Language and Turn On Your Life by Yvonne Oswald. With 185 pages, it is a quick read, but full of innovative exercises to deliver measurable results. I had a hard time reading the book because based on the rich content, my mind wandered in so many new directions. I committed to reading the book in its entirety and then go back to delve into the exercises. I recommend the same for you because in one read, the dense content is just too much to process, let alone assimilate. One of my favorite topics was the distinction between optimistic, high-energy words vs. low-energy words "to clear from your language." This simple revelation raised my awareness considerably. A little etiquette goes a very long way in life

Here's my tip: Stand Out With Simplicity The one biggest etiquette "do" that I implement daily and has led to client confidence and referrals is responding in a timely fashion, even with a minor detail or update. It goes a long way in establishing or maintaining relationships. When clients email, I (usually) respond within minutes.
