I am extremely inspired by the human spirit.

Sonsa Rae and I have been in communication via email over the past year. Her honest and supportive reflection of my endeavors -- specifically articles in this UNnewsletter -- has facilitated an open and mutually-beneficial relationship.

It has been two months since moving and just last week I made it out to the local lighthouse to walk along the cliffs of West Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz.

On a 4-mile path I passed bikers, walkers, runners, children, dogs and the elderly. To the side were cliffs and crashing ocean waves 30-50 feet below. It was a brilliant kaleidoscope of colors, sensations and ocean smells.

I definitely have Spring fever and feel the Summer quickly approaching. I want to be a part of the vibrance of life and can only enjoy it to the extent I consciously place myself in nature's path.

I'll be enjoying much more of Mother Nature's bounty this Summer. I am making it a priority. How about you?
