Fiesta Fun Update - Funding Deadline!

  Our June 15th target for donations toward the Fiesta Fun trip is upon us. Over the last few days we have received a number of checks getting us closer to making the trip happen. Thank you for your continued support.
 
We are still short of our goal and need your help. As you may know, AFM has requested a donation of $750 by June 15th, and an addition $140 by August 15th. If you have not donated and are able to do so, please mail your check today.

In order to keep everyone up to date we have developed a Frequently Asked Question (FAQ) that we will continue to update as planning continues. Please don't hesitate to contact  Ellen Pensky or Brian Cavanaugh with questions.

Volunteer at the Alameda County Fair and Earn Money for your Band Fair Share Contributions

  


There are still some slots available for volunteering at the Fair.  It's an easy way for you and your students to earn money towards your band fair share contributions.   The time slots below are available.  See which ones work for your schedule and then send that information with the form (listing  Ellen Pensky McGraw as the group leader)  to Ellen McGraw. Please check on the website for the form or contact Ellen or Cathy Klein.
