 Seeking Registrar Replacement for 2013-14

Are you looking for an easy and important volunteer position? If you have an eye for details, enjoy light editing/ writing, are responsible and organized, and work well alone or with others, the Registrar position might be for you.

I will be leaving AVHS when my son graduates in 2013. The person considering the job will need to meet with me next month to learn the job's duties,  and shadow me at Registration for at least two sessions at the start of band camp on Aug. 18 and Aug. 20.

Interested?  Please email Cathy Needham.

The Magic of Music is coming together wonderfully with a fantastic theme, wonderful decorations and great items up for auction.  With the inclusion of music over dinner and dancing (provided by our own musicians) this is an evening at beautiful Sunol Glen Country Club that can't be beat.  I am looking forward to the evening as a celebration of our successes-many of which would not be possible without the very funds raised from Magic of Music.

At a time when many neighboring music programs are facing drastic cuts and painful decisions are being made in other communitites about keeping music in schools, our program thrives, and in fact grows.  Thank you for your support and I hope to see you on the 28th.  Simply follow the yellow brick road!
