Interested in helping with the design and implementation of the props for next years show? Please send an email to me if you are interested in helping with the props for next falls show. Those with a mind towards engineering and construction are a BIG help, but all are welcome! A meeting will be scheduled before summer vacation.If you responded to the initial request to help with the props several weeks ago, please email me again with a gentle reminder that you wanted to help. Thank you to Gayle Naylor and Paul Bovaird for offering to help. More are welcome!
GRADUATION If you are a non-senior member of Wind Ensemble I, Wind Ensemble II or Wind Symphony, you are performing at graduation next Friday night. Report time is 6:31 in concert dress with the ceremony beginning at 7:30.
SUMMER INSTRUMENT CHECK-OUT All school instruments will be collected on the last day of school for inventory. Plan on picking up your instrument any time between 12-8 on Tuesday June 14.

Band Council will be selling Band Yearbooks during LUNCH Thursday June 2nd, and Friday June 3rd. Each yearbook is $40! Please have your student bring $40 cash, or a check payable to "AVHS Band Council". These yearbooks include pictures from every band event throughout the year, section pages, senior wills, and signature pages. Note, that in the regular yearbook for school, band only has 4 pages: this band yearbook has 120 PAGES!!! A great way to cherish band memories!
