The Secretary of State predicts that 2011 will be a low-turnout election. Your vote, and your voice, is more important than ever to make sure we elect candidates that reflect your values. We also need your help in convincing other Democrats to vote in this year's election as well.
As a District, we are hosting GOTV events in all parts of the district - today in Edmonds, the 22nd in Shoreline, the 29th in Juanita Beach, and November 5 in Shoreline. (Details below).
Out big event this year is on October 22nd at the Richmond Masonic Hall in Shoreline, where our Congressman, Jim McDermott, is going to join us for a pancake breakfast before we go out and canvass for our endorsed candidates and issues. We hope to see everyone there (at 10 AM) to have breakfast with fellow Democrats, meet some of our elected officials and endorsed candidates, and pick up a walking list and our sample ballots for your neighborhood.
