32nd LD Resolution 2011 - RE: Point Wells
WHEREAS, The City of Shoreline has pro-offered as of August 24, 2011 a Letter of Intent to Negotiate an Agreement with the Developer of Point Wells, BSRE and
WHEREAS, The Letter of Intent accepts the Urban Center designation from Snohomish county and
WHEREAS, a development of this scope and scale will adversely impact the suburban quality of life in Shoreline, particularly the neighborhood of Richmond Beach,
WHEREAS, there would be an exponential increase in traffic and
WHEREAS, there would be additional strains on public services such as fire, library, police and schools
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 32nd Legislative District Democratic Organization (32LDDO) officially opposes the Urban Center Designation at Point Wells.
