STANDING RULES

PLATFORM 

Section 9.2. Early Endorsement

 346 No endorsement of a candidate shall occur before the close of candidate filing except when

 347 notice is provided in the District Newsletter before the General-membership or is provided

 348 by first-class mail or e-mail postmarked at least ten (10) days before the meeting when

 349 such an endorsement is proposed. If the meeting is to be held before the close of filing, a

 350 two-thirds (2/3) vote of the members present and voting (excluding abstentions) shall be

 351 required for endorsement.
