Le Titi De Paris has created an array of new cooking classes for the rest of 2010. These fun and informative classes are taught by Chefs Susan and Michael Maddox and are sure to get your creative cooking juices flowing while you have a lot of fun in the large kitchen of Le Titi.

Hands-On Classes
 Roll up your sleeves and spend two hours in the ktchen with Michael & Susan Maddox. You will enjoy a four course menu with wine pairings immediately following the class. The cost is $78 per person, all inclusive. Sunday dates:
Sunday, July 18, 1pm - Fish: Chicken Five Ways - Sauteed, Baked, Fried, Grilled. and Wrapped

Sunday, September 19, 1pm - Soup Class - Asparagus Soup, Mushroom Soup, Butternut Squash Soup, Split Pea Soup and Lobster Bisque

Sunday, November 14, 1pm - Breads You Can Bake & Freeze: Yeast Raised, Quick, Sweet & Savory
Sunday, December 5, 1pm - Yule Logs - Michael & Susan will show you how to make and decorate your own Yule Log!

 Come in a watch Michael or Susan Maddox demonstrate how to prepare their favorite dishes! The class includes a 2-hour demonstration lesson immediately followed by a 3-course lunch with wine pairings. $60 per person, all inclusive.
