You don't need to head to Napa or Sonoma to enjoy an afternoon of biking and winetasting. East Bay Winery Bike Tours offer tours of the "wine city" as opposed to "wine country." The tours stop in at Oakland top wine tasting destinations such as JC Cellars, Dashe Cellars, Stage Left Cellars, and Tayerle, educating riders on urban winemaking. Ingredients:
1.5 oz agave tequila blanco
.5oz lime
.5oz creme de cassis
Fever Tree ginger beer
Lime
Shake ingredients for 20 seconds. Fill a highball glass with ice and top it off with Fever Tree ginger beer and a lime wheel.
