    H/SAR's Community Service Committee is conducting its annual Fall/Winter Coat drive commencing now and ending December 2012.

    NEW JERSEY REAL ESTATE COMMISSION CONTINUING EDUCATION INFORMATION

    Commencing on July 1, 2013, in order to qualify for renewal or to reinstate an unrenewed license after that date, every individual licensed as a broker, broker-salesperson or salesperson must complete 12 hours of continuing education. At least six of the twelve credits must be obtained in courses within the core topics, specified at N.J.A.C. 11:5-12.4. The six shall include at least 2 credit hours on ethics.     In order NOT to incur a $200 processing fee, all Continuing Education (CE) credits must be reported to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission (NJREC) no later than April 30, 2013. CE Credits reported to NJREC between May 1, 2013 & June 30, 2013 will require a licensee to pay a $200 processing fee in addition to the license renewal fee.
