Application for T:.H:.G:. is the same form that is used for Home Temple ordination studies and requires three character references. Most Initiands and Initiates are either in Home Temple ordination studies or already ordained in valid Apostolic Succession--required for Sixth and Seventh Empowerments, the Grail Priesthood. However it is possible to work through the first five Empowerments without ordination. Initiation is done once a year at the time of the second Full Moon after the Vernal Equinox--usually (but not always) the Full Moon of Buddhist Wesak and Orthodox Easter. That is why we call it the Shamballa Moon. It is the historical Pesach Moon of Yeshua's Qimah ("Resurrection"), one Moon later than traditional Easter/Pesach due to precession of the Equinoxes. This is a time of Cosmic Initiation.

 

The eleven hours of preparatory lecture with printed and multimedia presentation on Temple Meditation in the T:.H:.G:. Private Site is accessible to anyone through the Shopping Cart linked to the  Wisdom Seminars Catalogue page ($50). Interested people can also do the Seminar on Harmoning Intoning and begin to develop the skills needed to work the T:.H:.G:. Empowerments from the Catalogue page ($55). The required book, Initiation into the Grail Mysteries, is also offered online on the Catalogue page ($12 e-book). These preparatory materials required for T:.H:.G:. Initiation are available to anyone, whether or not he/she has made a formal application. All the rest of the T:.H:.G:. preparation and Initiatic materials, which are accessed through the THG Private Site, are password-protected and given only to Initiands and Initiates.

 

Although candidates for Initiation (Initiands) are not accepted after late February or early March of any given year, interested people can go through the book and other preparatory materials at any time and decide whether or not to apply. The THG web page is linked HERE.

We deliver and record the live onsite presentation this Sunday, May 6, after the Eucharistic Liturgy at the Home Temple Yurt-Sanctuary in Aromas, California. It will be online a day or two after that. Those who have been purchasing each Module 1-8 at $20 each will be given free password access to Modules 9 and 10, as they will have paid the full Seminar tuition. Module 8 on the Rosicrucian Enlightenment and Alchemy was so long (2 1/2 hours!) that we divided it into two parts for online presentation. The Seminar Syllabus can be seen HERE.

 

These five Priests were nominated by the Home Temple Synod of Bishops to be elevated to the Independent Episcopate once they had completed all requirements for advancement to that office. From top left clockwise: Tofah Eileen, Daniel, Edward, Luis, and Marita. Each has completed the B.D. requirements, which go beyond the basic curriculum for Ordination Studies, completed T:.H:.G:. First Order with Weather Proving (they can each make it rain), qualified for Dubbing as Knight or Dame in the OMR, taken the Home Temple School of Sacred Studies Core and Major Emphasis Courses for M.Div. or D.D. (ready for Thesis or Dissertation), and each served at least two years faithfully in a position demonstrating spiritual leadership. They will spend the first weekend of June in retreat with Presiding Bishops Lewis and Willa to receive orientation, Episcopal training, and in the June 3 Sunday service full and valid Apostolic Consecration. They will then have the right and obligation to participate--either in person or by teleconference--in the Annual Meeting of the Synod of Home Temple Bishops, which is yet to be scheduled.
