NEW FEATURES OF MY.MODERNITALIAN.ORG

We have recently added many new features to Modern Italian including the ability to
- Create your own folders within your "messaging center"
to categorize and organize messages
- You may now multi-select messages in your inbox and mark them and
"read" or "unread" and you may also mass delete your messages.
- The
image attachment function now allows for the attachment of files and
documents as well. This allows you to send files
to specific members
- The blog system has been enhanced to provide embeded video entries as
part of the overall blog system functionality. You may paste links to
offsite (YouTube) videos that embed directly into the blog entries of the website
- The personal and group photo system has been completely redeveloped to
enhance the experience and function of photo galleries. Photos may
now be placed in albums and may be tagged by both the contributor and
other community members. Photos can be search by tags and captions and
the search will include all photos of members and groups in which the
member has access. In addition, the photo gallery layout has been
enhanced for viewing and tagging
- Blogs can also be tagged and searched throughout the site as well
How can these features help you enjoy and benefit from My.ModernItalian.Org? You can, for example, search for a photos of "Positano" for instance and if there a member has uploaded Positano photos, you will be able to see all photos on the site that have been "tagged" with the word "Positano." This is a great way of reliving or planning to enjoy a visit to the Almalfi coast!
