You are invited to reserve your place in our upcoming 1491 Fusion Dinner Event on Sunday October 7, 2007 in Baltimore's Little Italy.  This event will celebrate the land that Columbus discovered by combining native ingredients found in the Western Hemisphere in 1491 - the year prior to Columbus' arrival- with the sophisticated culinary tradition of Italy.  We are pleased to announce a very special speaker for the event: Dr. Linda Perry, an Archaeobiologist at the Smithsonian Institute as well.  We look forward to celebrating our common heritage with you in October.

1491 Event Speaker
We are pleased to announce that Dr. Linda Perry, a Research Associate at the Smithsonian Institute's Natural History Museum's Archaeobiology Program, will be providing a very special presentation discussing the advanced food cultivation of Native Americans at the time of Columbus' arrival in the Western Hemisphere.  Dr. Perry is an anthropologist with a research focus in the field of Neotropical paleoethnobotany.  We look forward to a very special presentation from Dr. Perry and hope that you will join us.

The first 20 people who reserve their place at our limited 1491 Fusion Event will be treated to a ride on our "New World, Small World" parade float during the Columbus Day Parade on October 7th.  Please contact us immediately to reserve your places!

($85 per person thereafter)
