Thus was conceived the concept of Health & Wellness: A Community Resource for Body, Mind and Spirit. It is the mission of all those who are represented in this quarterly publication to inform, enlighten and educate the community about various wellness issues and concerns, while offering tips that will ideally help readers achieve greater health, vitality and balance in their lives.
