Dear Toyota Dealer,
Toyota recently responded to our letter regarding their position on the tax consequences of their Toyota Care/Scion Service Boost program. The letter expressed our concerns about their position that service under these programs is not subject to tax.
Toyota responded to our letter and we have responded to their reponse.
